Join the festivities from September 8 ( Thursday ) to 11 ( Sunday) 2011 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott.

To make reservation by phone , please call 650-692-9100 with group rate of $109 asap.

After the room block is filled and the registration number reaches a certain number, we will stop taking registrations.

The due date printed on the flyer & on website is July 15 for early bird; however the closing date has changed to May 31. 2011.

We will not accept walk-ins. Registration is required to guarantee your space.

For out of area dancers, it is recommended that you fly into SFO airport. There is a free shuttle bus provided by Marriott.

Hotel parking fee is $10 per day for both WOW hotel guests & local participants (a discount of 50% of normal charge ).

If you have decided not to attend and have a hotel reservation, please release your hotel reservation so other attendees can reserve the room.

 On 9/12/2011 (Monday) there is a one day San Francisco city trip.

If we have enough people signed up. we might also have a second one day San Francisco city trip on 9/8.

On 9/13 to 9/16, there is a 4 days long trip to other attractions.

If you are planning to attend the 4 days trip with us, you should check out of the Marriott on 9/13 (Tuesday).

Also after the trip we'll be back at San Francisco in the evening. You'll need to reserve a room for 9/16 (Friday). 

You should be flying home on 9/17 (Saturday). Marriott is giving us the same rate of $ 109 for 9/16/11 booking.

To make a reservation for the trips, you have to email Victor at VVVACATIONS@GMAIL.COM , or call him at 408-436-8822.

It is on a first come, first served basis. You don't have to pay him until July.

Also, please note that the lady's t-shirt size are based on Asian sizes, which are 2 sizes smaller than regular U.S. t-shirt size.
