Rules & Conditions:

A. Eligibility

1. The Champ of Champs dance competition is open to all dance groups

2. The Champ of Champs dance competition is open to international participation

3. All participants must be at least 21 years old

4. Line Dance instructors are not allowed to participate in the dance competition

5. The max no. of competing teams is 16 based on a confirmed first-come first served basis

6. All Line Dance organisations and groups can only field 1 competing team

7. The minimum number of members in a competing team shall be 6 while the maximum is 12

8. All competing teams are required to purchase 1 table, limited to 10 persons in a table, and at a cost of RM600 per table

B. Dance

9. A team photograph must be submitted for polling by attendees for the the Most-Liked Team with prize for the Most Liked Team

10. All dances submitted for the competition must also be found in Copperknob website

11. All dances must be at least 70% original with max of 30% of the dance being improvised

12. The max length of time allowed for each dance is 5 minutes

13. Medleys and modified or edited music is permitted

14. Hand styling is permitted

15. New choreography specific to this event is NOT allowed

16. All teams must submit 2 dances each for the 1st and final round

17. All dance titles including choreographer's name must be submitted
