Featuring Niels Poulsen...Denmark's Share of The Linedancing World

Niels Poulsen loves dancing and this is evident in one of his speech: ‘I…  actually admit to myself that dancing was so important to me…  and I want to make the most of it!

He started dancing back in 96 and took up teaching in 2000. He is based in his local club Love-to-Dance Denmark where he teaches both social line dancing as well as dance techniques classes to competition dancers. He used to compete until 2006. He has also spent considerable time travelling all over Denmark doing line dance workshops, dance technique classes, and instructor training courses. In fact, he frequently travels around the world doing just that!

He has been choreographing since 2002 and from then on, he did not look back. He reaches out to as many dancers as possible choreographing all levels and using all types of music styles in his choreography maintaining the important points such as musical interpretation, body flow, interesting/different steps, level, and target group.  He has contributed many popular line dances and just to name a few: 1-2-3-4, Judy Likes To Rock!, Stay Stay Stay, Don’t Stop The Party!, Promise, Heavy On My Heart!, Together We Will Be!, and many many more.
