The “EXPERIENCE 2014 SAN FRANCISCO" debuts at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel in Burlingame, CA USA from AUGUST 28-31, 2014. That is Labor Day weekend and many of you can take advantage of an extra day off this weekend! ...
...This event offers an intimate and comfortable setting in one very large ballroom where you will have your own space for the weekend...Everyone shares the same learning experience at the same time! All dances taught at this event will be Intermediate level dances. We bring you the most unique dance event weekend experience in the U.S.!
This year The EXPERIENCE theme is "Once Upon a Time!"(aka Fairy Tales) with our spectacular cast of Star Instructors! Our celebrity lineup features International Superstars Craig Bennett, Scott Blevins, Will Craig, Neville Fitzgerald & Julie Harris, Guyton Mundy, Ria Vos, Joey Warren! Our unique format provides an opportunity for you to visit with our stars and really get acquainted with them! They will be right at your tables with you.
Gather as many as 10 of your friends to make up your own table family where you have your own special spot for the weekend! Lots of fun, games, prizes, contests and dancing to the wee hours, too!

This year's Private Party will be on Wednesday night, Aug 27, 2014, at a local club in San Mateo where we will eat, drink and be merry! This will be an all-request open dance party where you will be able to meet and get acquainted with your All-Star Instructors. But don’t delay! This party is limited to 125 people and is almost sold out!
On Thursday, you will have a free day to explore the wonders of beautiful Northern California and the City by the Bay. The event will start at 8pm on Thursday night.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Make your reservations as soon as possible! We were able to secure an event room rate of $119/night for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! This is a rate that is unbeatable in San Francisco! We have sold out our first and second room blocks already and we are working on the third and final room block. Once this block is gone, it is unlikely that we will be able to secure additional rooms at these rates. You need to reserve now if you plan to come. THEME NIGHTS:
Saturday: Once Upon A Time Fairy Tale Theme Night!
Fairy Tales, fractured and true, will abound on Saturday night starring the characters of your favorite Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Andersen, Mother Goose and even Disney stories. We will not be judging tables this year, but if you wish to participate in the optional table decorations, create your table in your favorite “Once Upon A Time” scene or theme. This year we are encouraging dancers to be the story, become the characters, wear the costumes, sing the songs, defend the castle or anything associated with the Fairy Tales or Once Upon a Time fantasy! You can add Wardrobe, Choreography or Music/Lighting, if you wish. Prizes will be awarded for the best in several categories as decided by our panel of Star Choreographer Judges!
Don't forget the complimentary late night snacks that we will provide each night on Friday andSaturday nights. We look forward to seeing you in August! And bring those friends who missed the fun last year!
