Who Was Nominated for the Best International Dance teacher in Germany for 4 Consecutive Years & Won Thrice?

Do you know who was nominated for the Best International Dance Teacher in the Star Awards in Germany for 4 consecutive years and won 3 times out of the 4 nominations. And do you know that this dance artiste is born in Spain but started his professional dance career in Holland. Well, he is none other than Daniel Trepat who was born on 31 July 1986 in Blanes, Spain. He moved with his mother, who is from Netherlands, to Holland when he was 9 years old and started dancing in a country dance club a year later.

He first taught in his mother’s dance school when he was 18 years old. In 2002 he started at Roy Verdonk's school and on the same year auditioned for the kids team and became a member of it. The team won several titles, including World Champion 2006, 2007 and 2008.

In Sept. 2003, he was invited to join Roy Verdonk - the Country Dynamics - and enjoy dancing with the team until 2006, when went solo. In 2005, he started his own dance classes with Funky Dance Factory.

Since 2000 he have competed and won several dance titles at different levels. Aiming to be a Megastar, he achieved that in 2008. He went on to winning the World Championships (Megastar Divison) in 2011, 2013 & 2015. In 2010, Pim van Grootel and him reached the quarter finals of Holland's Got Talent. According to him, all these are not possible without the support, help and guidance from Roy Verdonk, Raymond Sarlemijn, Darren Bailey and his mum Marianne den Turk.

He love to teach and share dance knowledge and passion with other people, and he now teach full time as a professional dancer, teacher, instructor, performer and choreographer.
