Transportation from Taoyun Airport ( TPE ) to the hotels  can be arranged through hotel.
For a Mercedes Benz car pickup that can hold 1-3 people, it will cost NT $1470 per trip.  For a mini-van that can hold 3-7 people, it will cost NT $1890.  Let the hotel know your flight # & arrival time.  Space is limited, you have to make your reservations ( workshop & hotel ) asap.

Exchange rate is about NT 30 to U.S. $1.
 
After workshop, there is a 7-day trip from 9/10 to 9/16.
On 9/10, the trip with be in Taipei city.  So book your hotel room until 9/11 to check out.
From 9/11-9/12, we are leaving Taipei for an around the island trip and will be back at Taipei in the evening of 9/16.

The price for trip is U.S. $ 842 for the first 30 people (double occupancy) .
If we have less than 30, it will cost more but the most it will cost will be U.S. $1006 per person with double occupancy.

If you fly from U.S. or Europe to TPE ( Taipei International Airport ), you will be arriving 1 day late.
Make sure your latest arrival time is noon on 9/6 ( Thursday ), so you can join Thursday night open dance party.
If you want to go on the trip, you have to fly out on 9/17/12.
 
On Friday night, there is an evening outing that will cost $40 per person.
 

The total fees will be:
1. your plane ticket
2. Hotel and shuttle bus charges
3. Trip fare (if you are attending)
4. Workshop registration - $200
5. Friday night entertainment (if you are attending) - $40  (from 18:00 TO 22:00)
