Yu Puay has a message for you this Lunar New Year period... 
Hi there, Happy Chinese New Year everyone....  may the year of the snake bring you good health, love, joy, peace and success in all you do.

In the midst of all the preparations and celebrations, we have finally secured the venue of our Star Spectacular Hoe Down at Stampark Recreation Hall in the BDC area, which is about 5 minutes away from the airport. Our decorations team headed by Sobrielo Philip Gene, Mae Foo and Eric Yap has already started preparing the props for the transformation of the normal badminton hall into one filled with stars. Philip and I are also putting together the programme for the evening. Please bear with me - I will come up with a tentative dance list soon.

The plan for the D'Wira Child Care Centre to build its school has fallen through the cracks as the person who offered his land for this has changed his mind. The funds raised from this event will therefore be given to the centre for its daily running. A recent report from the centre is attached.

We are expecting a good crowd for the event as there are groups confirmed flying in from Peninsula Malaysia, Singapore and Australia to attend the workshop and dinner & dance with Tajali Hall, who is specially flown in from Canada for the event. On top of that, the locals are also tremendously looking forward to the event. So, please do fill in the attached registration form and return them to Patricia and Alice (contacts on form) who are running the Secretariat for the hoe down, as soon as possible. Just a reminder that the VIP Package will be only available until 14th May 2013 (please refer to flyer).

Can't wait to dance with everyone. Remember the date: Saturday, 22nd June 2013...... Let's use the gift of dance that God has given us to bless the underprivileged community around us. Let us be stars that shine a light for them........................
