Oasis of Line Dancing
Ready 5-6-7-8: These Dances for You... Enjoy! (18/3)
Ready 5-6-7-8: These Dances for You... Enjoy! (18/3)
The dance review is based on music selection, choreography style, flow of dance in relation to
the music, and most importantly ability to soothe the dancing soul while doing the dance. We
start off with Todos - a catchy smooth dance from Wil Bos & Gudrun Schneider followed by Slip
Away which is also a cool easy smooth cha cha dance. Alison & Peter score with their
unpretentious and clever play of the syncopated side rock sequence in Ignite The Light. I Know
What I Did Last Summer excels in the quick and slow sequence flow of the music and the mambo
touch with body roll. Do the phrased advanced dance from Guyton & Fred and you will enjoy the
different tempo and beats of the dance/ music. Die A Happy Man is another example of dancing
with your soul into the music. Scott Blevins brings line dancing to another level with the
sophisticated Cake By The Ocean and the dance stands out from the other 11 attempts on the
same music, and this time, we conclude with Raymond & Niels showing how easy dance can be
fun, too with Sexy Night. Try them now!
